Our single car garages are built
at our factory and shipped to you fully assembled. They come standard
with 12" o.c. floor joists, 1 - 9' x 7' garage door, 1 - 36"
shed door and 2 - 24" x 36" vertical sliding windows.
They are available in the Gable or Barn Style.

The modular style garages are built
at our factory and shipped in two sections. They come standard with
a pressure treated floor, 12" o.c. floor joists, 2 - 9' x 7'
garage doors, 1 - 36" shed door and 3 - 24" x 36"
vertical siding windows.

We recommend that the site preparation consist of 3/4" crushed stone 4" to 6" thick and approximately 1 foot larger than your shed or gazebo. The stone provides a level base for your structure and prevents splattering caused by rain run off. All of our sheds come with pressure treated 4" x 4" runners attached under the structure, eliminating the need for concrete blocks. Your shed and gazebo are delivered by a truck and 20' tilt trailer. Here are the clearance requirements needed for delivery. Please note that an over-sized load permit is required to deliver 12' wide Quakers and other sheds 14' or wider. |

We are also not responsible for any ruts left in your yard due to soft ground. If you have any question about the levelness of your ground where you want your shed, please let us know in advance and we will be glad to do a site check. Customer is responsible for all permits for the shed. Please check with your township. |
